Digital Services Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

This document sets forth the comprehensive terms governing subscription cancellation and the strict no-refund policy for GEO Ride Pro digital memberships, operating on playgeoride.com by Milan Petkovski (Milan Web Portal).

1. Statutory Legal Framework & Right of Withdrawal Waiver

Under consumer protection statutes governing online commercial transactions, consumers are ordinarily granted a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distant contracts. However, applicable laws explicitly provide a statutory exception for the immediate supply of digital content and services:

• Any account, email address, or IP range associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately and permanently blacklisted across GEO Ride and Milan Web Portal services.
• We provide complete transaction logs, timestamped access records, IP audit trails, and server telemetry receipts to financial institutions to contest fraudulent chargeback claims.

5. Technical Duplicate Billing Errors

In the exceptional event of a verified technical glitch resulting in an accidental duplicate charge (e.g., submitting two concurrent payment requests for the identical account within a few seconds):

• Contact us within 48 hours at contact@milanwebportal.com.
• Include both transaction IDs and the email address used at checkout.
• Upon verification by our Merchant of Record that two simultaneous subscriptions were created in error for the same user, the duplicate charge will be promptly voided or refunded.
