Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Milan Petkovski (Milan Web Portal) ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the GEO Ride 3D driving simulator website, software, and services at playgeoride.com.

1. Legal Capacity & Eligibility

By accessing GEO Ride, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your place of residence) or possess legal parental or guardian consent to agree to these Terms. If you access the service on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. License Grant & Permitted Simulator Scope

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Milan Web Portal grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to execute and view the GEO Ride simulator within compatible modern web browsers supporting WebGL 2.0 strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Strict Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in or facilitate any of the following prohibited activities:

• Map & Data Scraping: Systematically harvesting, downloading, caching, or scraping Mapbox raster tiles, vector tiles, digital elevation models, or OpenStreetMap road geometries outside of normal in-browser gameplay rendering.
• Reverse Engineering & Tampering: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying, or injecting foreign scripts into client bundles, physics web workers (physics.worker.js), Three.js vehicle meshes, or WebSocket multiplayer protocols.
• Multiplayer Exploits & Network Abuse: Flooding WebSocket brokers, sending malformed vehicle state packets, spoofing coordinates to crash rooms, exploiting collision models, or transmitting abusive, hateful, or harassing nicknames in public or private rooms.
• Unauthorized Monetization: Selling, sublicensing, reselling, or commercially broadcasting GEO Ride Pro access tokens, room codes, or digital memberships without express written authorization from Milan Web Portal.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate, permanent termination of access, revocation of any active Pro entitlements without reimbursement, and potential civil or criminal legal action.

4. Free Explorer Tier vs. Pro Subscription Terms

GEO Ride operates on a dual-tier model:

• Free Explorer Tier: Provided completely free of charge, with zero registration required. Includes unlimited gameplay across all 5 map perspectives (Flagship WOW 3D, Satellite, Hybrid, 3D Buildings, 2D Streets), 3 core vehicle classes (Sports Car, Heavy Truck, City Bus), 17 destinations, and public multiplayer rooms (up to 5 drivers).
• GEO Ride Pro ($4.99/mo or $2.99/mo billed annually at $35.88/yr): An optional membership unlocking the 1,000+ km/h God Mode ghost hyper-vehicle, 10-player private multiplayer rooms, exclusive multiplayer crown badges, and custom backup tooling.
• Strict No-Refund Policy Incorporated: Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), the Serbian Consumer Protection Law Article 37(1)(13), and our Digital Services Cancellation & No-Refund Policy, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately upon checkout completion and your statutory right of withdrawal is fully waived. All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Intellectual Property & Map Attribution

GEO Ride integrates third-party mapping technologies under sanctioned developer terms:

• Mapbox GL JS and Mapbox Maps API technologies are copyrighted © Mapbox, Inc. and its licensors. Satellite orthoimagery and 3D terrain elevation data are subject to Mapbox Terms of Service.
• Road networks, building polygon footprints, and geographic metadata are © OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License (ODbL).
• All proprietary vehicle physics engines, HUD interfaces, shader pipelines, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Milan Petkovski (Milan Web Portal).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MAP DATA WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH SPECIFIC GRAPHICS DRIVERS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MILAN PETKOVSKI, MILAN WEB PORTAL, OR ITS AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SIMULATOR. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GEO RIDE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiations via contact@milanwebportal.com. If unresolved within 45 days, the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
